CT Tech CT Technologist - Huntersville, NC

Deliver quality patient care using advanced imaging equipment as a dedicated CT Technologist. In this role, your expertise will support physicians in evaluating and diagnosing a wide range of conditions, while ensuring patient comfort and safety remain the highest priorities.


Schedule:

• 10-hour day shifts
• 40-hour workweek

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification or registry as a CT Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Minimum one year experience in computed tomography (CT) imaging
• Proficiency with current imaging technology and PACS systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient safety and privacy standards
• BLS certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans as ordered by providers, adapting techniques to ensure accurate imaging across diverse patient populations
• Prepare and position patients with care, clearly explaining procedures and responding to patient needs
• Evaluate images for clarity and accuracy, collaborating with radiologists and providers as needed
• Manage documentation and electronic health records efficiently and securely
• Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any technical issues promptly
• Adhere to organizational protocols, infection prevention, and radiation safety standards
• Provide compassionate care to patients, contributing to a supportive clinical environment
