Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in K-12 school settings highly valued
• Background in home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy desirable
• Knowledge of IEP implementation and relevant documentation
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage a diverse full-time caseload
• Strong time management and adaptability

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students, tailored to each IEP
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on student needs
• Deliver therapy both on-site and via teletherapy/home health, as required
• Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and reports
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Contribute to IEP meetings and ongoing progress reviews
