Total Talent Solutions is now hiring distribution associates in Cambridge, OH. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour. Shifts include 2nd shift (2:00 PM 10:00 PM) and 3rd shift (10:00 PM 6:00 AM). Requirements: Prior equipment operator experience (forklift, pallet jack, RF scanner, conveyor systems, etc.) Prior warehouse or distribution experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work full-time overnight hours.

What you'll do:

• Fulfilling customer orders by locating, pulling, and verifying inventory
• Receiving and processing inbound and outbound shipments
• Inspecting merchandise for damage or discrepancies
• Packing and preparing products for shipment and delivery
• Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with replenishment
• Maintaining accurate transaction and inventory records
• Following all safety, quality, and operational procedures
