This position focuses on helping clients understand and improve the relationships, habits, and emotional patterns that affect their daily lives.The LMFT will provide virtual therapy sessions, complete assessments, guide treatment planning, and support clients through practical clinical care. Clients may include individuals, couples, and families seeking help with conflict, life transitions, stress, parenting concerns, marriage challenges, grief, and related behavioral health needs.ResponsibilitiesProvide professional telehealth therapy for Virginia-based clientsComplete intake assessments and gather information about client history and current concernsIdentify relational patterns, family dynamics, and treatment needsPlan and deliver therapy sessions that align with client goalsHelp clients strengthen communication, problem-solving, emotional regulation, and coping skillsMaintain clean, accurate, and timely clinical recordsAdjust care plans as clients make progress or needs changeFollow state, ethical, and privacy standards for remote behavioral health servicesRecognize clinical risk factors and take appropriate steps when additional support is needed
