Job Summary:

Seeking an Audio-Visual Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot videoconferencing and AV systems across NYC locations. The role involves supporting Cisco, Tandberg, and Polycom video conferencing equipment, coordinating system upgrades, conducting site surveys, and providing end-user training and technical support.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Tandberg, and Polycom videoconferencing systems and MCUs.
• Experience with Crestron, AMX, or Qumu streaming systems.
• Knowledge of PA systems, recording systems, and wireless microphones.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Ability to travel to various locations across all five NYC boroughs.
