Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a locum assignment performing home-based primary care visits Monday through Friday.Assignment Details:Contract Type: 1099 Locum TenensStart Date: ASAP thru December 2025Location: Raleigh, NC and surrounding areasSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMPatient Volume: 4–6 patients per daySetting: Home visits – all patients are scheduled in advanceRequirements:Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licenseBoard Certification requiredPrior experience with home-based care preferredReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseComfortable working independently in the fieldPerks of working with Vivo HealthStaff Locums:Weekly direct depositDedicated credentialing and licensing supportA-rated malpractice coverage24/7 recruiter supportPersonalized job matching to fit your preferencesAbout Vivo HealthStaff:Vivo HealthStaff is a physician-led recruitment and staffing firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
