Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)

Torres & Haroldson, PLLC is growing fast and we need a sharp, driven paralegal who knows personal injury and litigation—period.

If you understand personal injury claims and how to push a case forward without hand-holding, we want to talk. This is not an entry-level role.

What You’ll Do

• Run personal injury files from intake to trial
• Draft demands, pleadings, and discovery
• Track deadlines like a hawk (SOLs, court rules, scheduling orders)
• Work directly with clients, experts, and insurance adjusters
• E-file and manage cases in King/Pierce County courts

What You Bring

• Solid experience in personal injury and civil litigation
• Working knowledge of Washington court rules and procedures
• Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and deadline-driven
• Strong communicator who can handle clients and adjusters with confidence
• A sense of humor and team-oriented mindset
