Overview Stone Logistics Inc is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. As a Psychiatrist at our company, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide comprehensive mental health care services. Responsibilities Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals Prescribe and monitor medication regimens for patients Collaborate with other mental health professionals and medical providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Stay informed on current research and developments in the field of psychiatry Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans Educate patients and their families on mental health disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of care in the provision of mental health services Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school Board certification in Psychiatry Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatry preferred Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of electronic medical record systems Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
