Groundskeeper PositionMaxx Properties is hiring a Groundskeeper to join our team at 300 East Seventeenth Apartments for a full-time and immediate opportunity. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with maintenance and leasing operations with all the perks, benefits, and growth opportunities!The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of the community by inspecting and caring for common areas, amenities, grounds, model apartments, vacant units, and public spaces. Performs routine landscaping, pool maintenance (outsourced but as needed), exterior upkeep, cleaning, snow removal (where applicable), and market-ready apartment preparation while operating and maintaining grounds equipment. This individual will assist with maintenance projects, signage installation/removal, resident communications, inventory management, and maintaining organized work areas.
