Overview Shift: Part Time, days Part-time and Full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus (available through 9/30/2026). This position is also referral eligible. Unit: OR at Paoli Hospital is a small unit that includes endoscopy and general surgery procedures. Examples are gallbladder’s, hernia’s, 24/7 c-section coverage, etc. Our nurses are responsible for on-call coverage that comprises of a 30-minute response time along with approximately 65 hours of being on-call per week. Nursing skills gained: IV Placement Evidence based practice Safety and Quality Family-like culture Team-work environment Qualifications Requires 1 year RN experience. Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Why Join IU Health?
