Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer to work with our client in the packaging industry, to join their team in Central Florida What you will do: Assess packaging processes to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve throughput. Establish and apply centerlining standards for packaging equipment to ensure stable and consistent performance. Work closely with automation engineers, operators, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and fine‑tune machine parameters. Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline (or equivalent practical experience). 2+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally with exposure to packaging systems. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with an emphasis on process optimization. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment. If you have, it's a plus: Hands‑on experience with packaging machinery such as shrink wrappers, case packers, palletizers, and conveyor systems. Familiarity with robotic packaging technologies (Yaskawa or comparable systems) and automated packaging lines.
