Skills and CompetenciesExecutive-level experience leading DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering teams in a large enterprise environmentDeep experience with managed Kubernetes platforms including Azure Kubernetes Service and Amazon Web ServicesHands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as CodeProficiency designing and governing CI/CD pipelines using enterprise tools such as GitHub ActionsStrong background supporting artificial intelligence or data-driven platforms in production environmentsDemonstrated leadership driving complex platform transitions across organizational boundariesProven ability to build scalable, secure, and repeatable DevOps practicesDeep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. We drive the infrastructure, tooling, and governance that enable AI-powered innovation at scale — from managing cloud-native environments and Kubernetes platforms to operationalizing the systems that bring Moody's Copilot and other intelligent solutions to life. By joining our team, you will be part of a forward-thinking group at the center of Moody's AI transformation, working alongside talented engineers and cross-functional partners to turn today's platform investments into tomorrow's intelligent capabilities.For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $170,000-$220,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
