LVN/LPN Position

Join a leading retail healthcare provider delivering accessible, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinic setting. As an LVN/LPN, you will play a key role in supporting providers, delivering clinical services, and ensuring a seamless patient experience. This role is ideal for candidates with urgent care, primary care, or emergency room experience who are comfortable in a dynamic, patient-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer immunizations and injections (influenza, COVID, TB testing, etc.)
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Assist providers during patient care and emergent situations
• Perform patient intake, registration, and checkout
• Support clinic flow, including wait room management and patient outreach
• Schedule appointments and conduct reminder calls
• Maintain clinic readiness and ensure a positive patient experience
• Act as a chaperone during sensitive exams when required

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license (U.S. State/Territory/DC)
• Minimum 1+ year of clinical experience in:
  • Primary Care
  • Urgent Care
  • Emergency Room
• Hands-on experience with immunizations and injections
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) (EPIC preferred)
• Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
• High school diploma or GED (verifiable)
