Ultrasound/Echo Technologist

Location: Granby, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Thursday and Friday - 7 AM to 7 AM; Saturday - 7 AM to 3:30 PM

Job Description: The Ultrasound/Echo Technologist performs two-dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for the diagnosis of disease and study of the malfunction of organs. This role involves participating in maintaining positive department patient flow within a Critical Access Level IV Trauma center.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct two-dimensional ultrasound examinations on patients as per departmental protocols.
• Ensure quality images are obtained for diagnostic purposes.
• Maintain efficient workflow and positive patient experience in the ultrasound department.
• Collaborate with medical staff to evaluate patient conditions and needs.
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of ultrasound equipment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current ARRT registry required.
• Previous experience as an Ultrasound/Echo Technologist is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for commuting to the rural location.
