Indirect Procurement Strategic Programs Manager

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Indirect Procurement - Strategic Programs Manager to join our growing team, reporting to the Director, Indirect Procurement. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in creating and managing strategic procurement programs and systems and have been an indirect procurement sourcing manager. This is not a direct materials procurement role. To encourage collaboration and productivity, this role is in office Tue-Thu per current policy.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage strategic Indirect Procurement programs, e.g., Indirect Spend Reviews (“ISR”) review and approval, M&A integration, supplier diversity, and spend analyticsLead M&A integration activities that impact Indirect ProcurementManage and report monthly on ISR, Integration, Supplier Diversity, etc. KPIs and dashboards to ExecutivesStandardize Indirect Procurement procedures and processes (Sourcing and PO processing) and train team membersManage sourcing activities in 1-2 indirect procurement categories (e.g., HR, MRO, Professional Services, T&E, or IT) which will be about 20% of timeCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectivesEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field, or equivalent experience8+ years of experience in indirect procurement process creation and management and Indirect sourcingExperience in driving change management and continuous process improvementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in analytics software tools, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Ariba.
