Technical Business Analyst
The Department of Health, Office of Information Technology is requesting the temporary engagement of a technical Business Analyst to continue support of the in-progress planning and activities for the decommissioning of the Hippocrates system and transition of the remaining active DOH program components to alternative platforms and resources. The Business Analyst will be responsible for obtaining business requirements, replicating current survey templates in NoviSurvey based upon defined program area business requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, creating and conducting stakeholder pilot group testing, planning and implementing survey rollouts to stakeholder groups, training DOH support staff, providing post-implementation support to DOH programs and stakeholders, and providing continued support to the program areas for the Hippocrates post-decommissioning phase.
