RN, Community Health Nurse (Home Care) - Full Time

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Wound Care for a nursing job in Bryn Athyn, Pennsylvania. We are currently recruiting for a compassionate Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse (WOCN) for a full-time, part-time, or per diem position to reliably serve patients throughout Montgomery County. This is a Monday - Friday position, NO Weekends and NO Holidays! As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Nurse, you'll use your clinical skills and compassionate heart to treat patients where they want to be the most – in the comfort of their own home. As a BAYADA RN you will: See a client through their care needs – from hospital discharge to living a safe home life with comfort, independence, and dignity. Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA. Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse (WOCN) certification required At least one year of nursing experience. Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required . Ability to travel to cases as assigned The ability to deliver patient care as you would want those you love to be treated, with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
