We are seeking a HemOnc physician for a full-time locum tenens assignment in California. This is a hybrid inpatient/outpatient role with minimal call responsibilities and no call-back required. Ideal for providers seeking a consistent schedule with work-life balance.

Assignment Overview
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call

Schedule:
Full-Time Preferred: 5 shifts/week, 4 weeks/month
Minimum Considered: 3 weeks/month
Clinic Hours: 9:00 AM 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Call Schedule: 1 week out of every 3
Evenings: Phone-only call
Weekends: 24-hour phone-only call
No on-site call backs required
Credentialing Timeframe: days
Temporary privileges available for clean files

EMR: Epic
Patient Volume: patients per shift
Support Staff: Fully staffed clinical team

Candidate Requirements
Board Certification: Required
Licensure: Active California medical license required
Experience: Minimum 2 years recent inpatient experience (required for privileging)
Certifications: BLS
File Preference: Clean background for expedited credentialing
