This role is ideal for someone with prior office experience who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and supporting a busy service environment. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a professional and positive experience. This is a part-time position (4 days per week) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role after 90 days. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. Schedule service appointments as needed. Respond to customer questions and business inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Ensure accurate data entry into company systems. Assist with basic office tasks and support the operations team. Maintain a responsive and customer-focused attitude at all times. Qualifications Previous office or customer service experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with technology, tablets, and scheduling software. Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills. Schedule & Compensation Part-Time: 4 days per week.
