Lead Foreman

Idaho Tents & Events, a premier party and event rental company in the Treasure Valley, is seeking a motivated and energetic Lead Foreman Tent Installer. This role offers the unique opportunity to work outdoors, lead a team, and play a crucial part in bringing events to life. Responsibilities Drive 26-foot box trucks and/or truck & trailers to event sites. Use trip sheets to accurately load trucks, complete deliveries & pickups, and conduct routes according to scheduled times. Coordinate with our sales team for special requirements for event setups. Inspect inventory and equipment for quality and secure them properly for transport. Oversee the setup & takedown of events. Supervise, train, and lead seasonal tent installation & delivery crew members. Determine final setup plans per location/event. Provide excellent customer service as the onsite representative of Idaho Tents & Events. Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Experience with driving large vehicles, including 26-foot box trucks and truck & trailers. Ability to read load sheets and transport inventory with care. Experience leading crews as a foreman or lead. Experience with warehousing, quality control, and customer service.
