The Boulders Resort and Spa is a large, high-end resort that spans an impressive 33,000 sq. ft. Offering a luxurious spa, championship golf, and exclusive service in a uniquely dramatic setting – 1,300 acres of the Sonoran Desert foothills with panoramic views of 12 million-year-old boulder formations. If that wasn't enough, our stylish restaurants offer captivating views from every turn and we are looking to expand our restaurant team. We are seeking bussers for all shifts: AM/Dayshift/PM available We are seeking staff for all restaurant outlets on the property; Spotted Donkey Cantina, The Grill, and Palo Verde Restaurant. Responsibilities: Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen at all times. Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures. Maintain dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner. Keep kitchen floors clean (sweep and mop) and trash emptied. Adhere to cleaning schedules as assigned. Assist with the transportation and storage of food and supplies. Assist cooks and wait staff as requested. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by Executive Chef and/or Director of Dining Services.
