What You'll Do

• Provide in-house coverage in a Level 3 NICU, including attending C-sections
• Manage neonatal admissions (0-4 per day)
• Transfer neonates when necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members on patient care
• Complete documentation accurately using Cerner/Ecare/PowerChart EMR systems
• Support ongoing patient monitoring and stabilization during shifts
• Participate in emergent neonatal interventions as needed

What You Need

• Michigan medical license in hand
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology with fellowship training
• BLS, NRP certifications (current)
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in NICU settings
• Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and adaptability
