Pump cases also require a first assist/Heart Holder which can be an RN or CST Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): 1 Unit Secretary, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 PCA, 1 Core Tech Type of equipment: Stryker Documentation system: Cerner Scheduling requirements: On-call shifts will be assigned, rotated among staff Floating policy: May float if needed, infrequent Patient Experience requirements: Extensive relevant CVOR experience required Hospital Specifics- Certifications: RN License, BLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Extensive expertise and experience in the RN Circulator Role in the procedures listed below.
