Job Opportunity: Outpatient Family Medicine Physician
Our organization is actively looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our expanding team in Angola, Indiana.
Practice HoursThe practice operates from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. onwards , with the possibility of flexible hours if requested.
Team StructureYou will be joining a multi-physician office, taking over a full panel of patients due to an upcoming retirement. Our current team includes:
- 4 Physicians
- 2 Advanced Practice Providers
As a member of our team, you will:
- Manage your own call schedule when available, with the option to sign out to your office group as needed.
- Benefit from a call center staffed with RNs that handles most patient inquiries, minimizing the need for direct provider contact.
- Participate in an unattached call system for newborns and pediatrics, shared among all community providers.
- Have the opportunity to perform office and hospital procedures, including OB, though this is not mandatory.
The office is situated at 306 East Maumee Street, Suite 201, Angola, IN 46703 , within a Medical Office Building that is connected to Cameron Memorial Community Hospital (CMCH).
Scope of PracticeThe group addresses a wide range of family medicine cases, including:
- Pediatrics
- Adult and geriatric care
- Chronic disease management
- Optional OB services
