Payer Enrollment Coordinator Compensation $23.57 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service (on eligibility dates) Payer Enrollment Coordinator Highlights On-site role (no remote option) in Cumberland, RI 02864 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Temp-to-hire: if performance is strong, the hiring manager may begin conversion around 6 months based on attendance, performance and business needs Onsite perks: full team onsite environment and cafeteria Payer Enrollment Coordinator Responsibilities Process payer enrollment applications (initial enrollments and revalidations) for clinics and providers Provide quality control for Medicare/Medicaid enrollment applications Resolve payer-related claim issues in the corporate billing system and coordinate escalations/resolutions Support credentialing/re-credentialing and audit/compliance processes for government and commercial payers Update credentialing and billing systems with provider information as needed Payer Enrollment Coordinator Requirements High school diploma or GED On-site availability is required (Cumberland, RI 02864) Ability to work in a regulated/compliance-focused environment and handle confidential information Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills Attendance is mandatory during the first 90 days Payer Enrollment Coordinator Preferred Qualifications 1–2 years of experience with government payers (Medicare/Medicaid) (or strong transferable insurance/regulatory experience with willingness to learn) Experience with CMS guidelines and/or Medicare Part D / enrollment processes Excel skills Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or similar) If you think this Payer Enrollment Coordinator position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting!
