RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing an established manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket automotive and heavy-duty commercial vehicle parts, with U.S. manufacturing operations and an international distribution footprint serving customers throughout the Americas.

The company is currently seeking an experienced Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for an accounting professional who understands the financial complexities of a manufacturing and/or distribution environment , particularly as they relate to cost accounting, inventory, margins, and operational financial controls .

As Controller, you would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and providing leadership with clear visibility into the financial performance of the organization.

Key responsibilities, among others:

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting.
• Oversee cost accounting, COGS, and product costing.
• Manage inventory accounting, valuation, and controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits.
