You'll streamline contract workflows, research rights to library properties, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency.Key job responsibilities- Conducting research of rights and third-party obligations for derivative works based on our library properties- Manage scripted television and film development agreements; conduct periodic audits to ensure legal, contractual, and guild compliance- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and enhance efficiency through automation and standardization, including implementing AI tools to assist with rights research and contract management processesA day in the lifeAs a Contracts Manager supporting Amazon MGM Studios, you'll work at the intersection of creative development and legal operations. Your day might include reviewing chain-of-title documentation for a new project, collaborating with attorneys to evaluate rights associated with our library properties, or implementing workflow improvements that reduce contract turnaround time. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
