Description

A successful High-End Commercial Senior Project Manager - NYC:

• • • Manage multiple high-end interior fit-out and renovation projects throughout NYC.
    • Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
    • Lead project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants.
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, procurement, RFIs, and client communications.
    • Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
    • Drive project execution while ensuring a superior client experience and repeat business opportunities.

Profile

A successful High-End Construction Senior Project Manager - NYC:

• • • 10+ years of construction management experience with a commercial general contractor.
    • Proven experience managing high-end corporate interiors, tenant improvements, office fit-outs, executive spaces, financial institutions, or luxury commercial projects.
    • Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client relations.
    • Experience leading projects ranging from $5M to $50M+.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, occupied environments.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a client-facing approach.
