Strong Communicator – Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate with leadership, agents, and vendors. Organized Multi-Tasker – Able to manage multiple projects, hit deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Marketing-Minded – Understanding of real estate marketing, SEO, and branding is a plus.
