Coverage Details:

•Coverage needed per month: 2 locations (BRMC and HVMC) each week

•Frequency of any Call needed: 24hr call required for each day within confirmation

•Schedule Details: Monday 7am EST – Monday 7am EST

•Requesting 1 Physician (will be working 1:1 with an APP)

• Provider onsite approximately 8–10 hours per day

• Monday–Friday schedule with weekend call coverage

• Night call includes beeper coverage and 24-hour weekend call

• Rarely called back onsite after hours, most after-hours responsibilities consist of phone consults

Work Details:

•Support staff: Supporting OR and in-house Endo nurses

•Department Description: Endo Suite (BRMC) or Main OR/Endo Suite (HVMC)

•Patient Volume: Consult volume varies. Average surgical volume per day of 24hrcall 5-6 procedures; BRMC Bed Capacity: 348 & HVMC Bed Capacity: 345

•Patient Age Group: adults, may be some younger than 18

•EMR/Documentation System: EPIC

•EMR/Documentation system experience – required or preferred?: Preferred

•Special Procedures/Unit Details: Well Experienced in all General GI and ERCP Cases and Procedures

•Special Equipment Used: Olympus equipment (more information provided upon request)

•May assist with rounding as needed

•Flexibility around EUS scheduling and procedures available

•Estimated procedure volume is approximately 7–8 procedures per day

•Blocked time available in the endoscopy suite

Requirements:

•Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Board Certified GI required

•State License(s) / IMLC Req’d?: TN License or IMLC Required before confirming dates

•Certifications Req’d?: ACLS / BLS

•Specific Skills Req’d?: ERCP Required

•CSR Req’d?: Preferred

•DEA Req’d?: TN DEA Required

•Minimum Experience Req’d: Well Experienced in all General GI and ERCP Cases and Procedures

•Are vaccines mandatory?: Certain exemptions are taken with proper medical documentation

Privileging Timeframe: ~60-90 days with clean backgrounds, no MP, active licenses

Willing To License?: Yes/no

IMLC Accepted?: Yes/no

Travel: all-inclusive

Rates: $5,500 per 24hr, $550/hr call back
