What You’ll Do Hunt for stars – source, attract, and engage with stellar sales candidates who are ready to bring their A‑game. Lead the charge – take candidates through the entire hiring process, from initial screening to final offer. Collaborate – work closely with our sales leadership team to understand their needs and build a pipeline of top talent. What We’re Looking For Sales Savvy – a deep understanding of sales roles and what makes a top performer. Recruitment Rockstar – proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably with a focus on sales roles.
