Job Title: Forklift Operator Job Description

Join our team as a weekend shift forklift operator. The schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6am to 6:30pm. Employees are paid for 40 hours provided they work the scheduled 36 hours and do not leave early. We seek motivated individuals with a high focus on safety, attention to detail, urgency, reliability, and a positive attitude.

• Operate forklift for material handling with precision and safety.
• Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with a small team to navigate tight spaces effectively.
• Participate in mandatory overtime occasionally on Fridays.

• 5+ years of forklift driving experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently in tight spaces.
• Comfortable around heavy equipment.

• Must read and write English.
• Basic math knowledge and ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Work in a very large facility that experiences temperature variations throughout the year. You will work with advanced machinery, including Multiflute Corrugators and various Rotary Die Cutters. The environment is fast-paced, requiring mental and physical agility, and safety is our top priority.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Renton, WA.

The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Renton,WA.
