The Role

This is not a “car salesman” job.

This is a professional, field-based sales role for someone who can represent our brand with confidence, accuracy, and integrity.

You’ll meet homeowners onsite, walk their property, take measurements, assess scope, and guide them toward the right fence or deck solution. You’ll build trust face-to-face, gather the details needed for accurate estimates, and move projects confidently toward signed agreements. We have a custom built pricing software to make your life easy with the numbers. You will be in person at our office almost daily as this is not a remote based position. Some remote capability is expected but we prefer to interact with you in person :) 

We generate strong lead flow. Your job is to turn opportunity into well-scoped, well-sold projects that Operations can execute smoothly.

You will work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure clear communication, clean handoffs, and a 5-star customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Meet homeowners onsite to assess projects
• Take accurate measurements and document site conditions
• Educate customers on options, materials, and design
• Build detailed, accurate proposals
• Manage follow-up and move projects toward close
• Maintain clean and updated CRM records
• Hit revenue targets while protecting company margins
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure projects start smoothly
• Help improve and refine our sales process

What You Bring

• Consultative sales experience strongly preferred (construction or home services a plus)
• We will train the right individual who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and professionalism
• Comfort being in the field daily
• Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
• Professional presence - confident, not pushy
• High level of personal accountability
• Organized, process-driven mindset
• Coachability and resilience
• Ability to communicate clearly with both homeowners and internal teams

If you rely on pressure tactics or fast-talking closes, you won’t enjoy this role and it won’t work here. Our customers invest serious money into their homes. They need a steady, trustworthy professional guiding them.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $80,000–$120,000 DOE (This is NOT a commission based role)
