Knowledge at an application level with various DN corporate systems applications (Genelco, CaseTrack, Salesforce, DocGen/P&C, etc.)* Knowledge of Healthcare/Dental/Life or Disability insurance terminology.* Knowledge of HCSC, Dearborn Group, business processes and customers.* Organizational and Analytical skills.* Experience with business requirements development for new systems and process, and changes to existing systems and processes.* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.* Experience meeting deadlines. Experience working independently and in a team setting with the planning, design and execution of assigned projects.* Detail oriented, self-motivated, efficient and flexible.* PC proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and other Office 365 products.PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:* LOMA certification.**This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.**### **Are you being referred to one of our roles?
