Split Shift: Every Monday nights - 6p-6a, Mids 2 days 11a-11p (Unsure of days for mids)
No Call
No Floating
No Block
No 48 Hour
Must include RTO and start date with every submission
RTO Black Out - Holidays are rotated
Requirements:
- MLT Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, Serology, Microbiology, Chemistry
- 6+ months experience
- Scrubs - Gray or Black
- EMR - CERNER
