License: Active Life & Health (L&H) insurance license preferred; unlicensed candidates must be willing to obtain licensure during onboarding.

Position Overview

AMBA is hiring a Call Center L&H Sales Specialist to join a high-volume, outbound-driven inside sales team focused exclusively on Life and Supplemental Health insurance products. This role is built for insurance sales professionals who thrive on the phone, know how to sell L&H coverage consultatively, and are motivated by clear metrics and strong earning potential.

You'll be provided with warm, company-generated leads from established member associations — your job is to convert those conversations into enrolled, protected members through consistent, high-quality outbound calling.

This is not an inbound, appointment-setting, or account-management role. It's a sales role, first and foremost, built around L&H product expertise and daily outbound activity.

What You Will Do

• Make 150+ outbound calls per day to member leads provided by the company
• Deliver consultative L&H sales presentations , matching members to the right Life and Supplemental Health coverage for their needs
• Educate members on plan options, benefits, and enrollment requirements with full product and compliance accuracy
• Close sales and complete enrollments over the phone, managing the full sales conversation from open to close
• Handle objections and rejection professionally while maintaining a member-first, compliant experience
• Manage a personal sales pipeline and document all activity accurately in Salesforce
• Take inbound calls as volume allows, while keeping outbound dialing and sales conversion as the core responsibility
• Meet or exceed daily activity benchmarks and monthly sales quotas

This role operates in a structured, metrics-driven call center environment with clear daily expectations for outbound call volume, talk time, conversions, and documentation accuracy. Success requires consistency, resilience, and comfort with repetition.

What You Bring

• Active Life & Health insurance license preferred (or willingness/ability to obtain licensure within a defined onboarding timeframe)
• 2+ years of insurance sales experience, ideally in L&H or a comparable high-volume call center sales environment
• Proven ability to sell consultatively and close over the phone
• Strong objection-handling, listening, and communication skills
• Comfort with fast-paced, goal-driven sales environments
• CRM proficiency; Salesforce experience a plus
