Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Skilled Nursing Facility A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center near Providence, RI is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team. In this role, you’ll help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life while working alongside a supportive, collaborative team. New graduates are welcome to apply! What you’ll do Screen and evaluate residents, and develop individualized plans of care Provide individual, concurrent and group treatment under physician orders Train residents, families and caregivers to support progress and safety Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning Supervise and support COTAs, aides and students as needed Complete timely, accurate documentation in line with Medicare and other payer guidelines Contribute to clinical program development and quality improvement initiatives What we’re looking for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy Active Rhode Island OT license (or eligibility) Knowledge of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations Strong communication, organization and time-management skills Ability to work effectively with residents, families and staff from diverse backgrounds Skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply What we offer Competitive weekly pay Holiday pay Health, dental and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid vacation and personal time Employer-paid life insurance Career growth and advancement opportunities CEU/Licensure reimbursement after completion of their 90 probationary period (full-time employees).
