Position Overivew: The plant administrator ensures the smooth running of the office and coordinates work between all departments. Ability to manage workflow and deadlines. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Answer Phones in a timely and courteous manner Take orders over the phone and provide customer service Product descriptions to customers Process customer billing and payments Review and process month end customer statements Review and contact customer for past due invoices Understand inventory entry and reconciliation Code and process AP invoices for payment Internal and external customer services Education: High School, GED, or equivalent is preferred Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills Good research skills and attention to detail 10-key skills Requirements: 2 years’ work experience in office environment Experience with multi-line telephone Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook Typing 45+ wpm Physical Requirements: The working conditions and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
