Thoracic Surgery Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate

MaineHealth Maine Medical Center Thoracic Surgery Oncology is a growing division seeking a part-time (0.40 FTE/16 hrs) outpatient Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to support our Thoracic Surgeons and their ambulatory practice. Patient care includes post-operative care, diagnostic imaging and interpretation and lung and esophageal cancer surveillance.

Our office hours are M-F 8-430 with flexibility- no weekend, no call.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.

Successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program.

Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure.

Current BLS certification.

Experience in acute care/surgery preferred
