Program Manager

E-Logic is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee digital video production and multimedia support services for the U.S. Department of State. This role is responsible for leading program execution, managing budgets, supervising project personnel, coordinating with Government stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of contract requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead overall program planning, execution, and contract performance. Manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and project deliverables. Supervise project personnel and provide daily leadership. Coordinate directly with Government leadership and stakeholders. Prepare technical documentation and monthly project reports. Ensure compliance with corporate, contractual, and federal standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred for senior levels); PMP certification preferred or required depending on experience level. Minimum 10 years of program or project management experience supporting complex government or commercial programs. Experience managing budgets, contracts, multidisciplinary teams, and customer relationships. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Federal contracting experience. PMP Certification. Experience managing multimedia, communications, or digital media programs. Work Location Washington, DC (Department of State Headquarters and Annex 5). Telework may be authorized with Government approval. Security Requirements Ability to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT). U.S. Citizenship may be required depending on task assignment.
