Float LPN - Flexible Unit Coverage & Direct Patient Care

Advocate Health

Advocate Health's High Point Medical Center is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care across acute and intermediate units under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assess, document data, and contribute to care plans while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires completion of an accredited LPN program, NC LPN licensure, and BLS within 6 months. Day-to-day duties include administering medications and supporting patient education.
