Description: This position involves providing quality patient care in a telemetry unit. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient vitals and responding to changes in patient conditions. Effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams is essential. The role includes administering medications, treatments, and care as per established protocols. Teamwork and flexibility are crucial, as the nurse may float to other medical-surgical units as needed. The nurse will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to established dress codes. All clinical staff must be fingerprinted and provide documentation of a background check in compliance with state requirements.
