Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and clear clogged drains, sewers, and pupes in homes and businesses.
• Use drain snakes, augers, hydro-jetting machines, and video inspection cameras. 
• Perform preventive maintenance and recommend solutions to customers. 
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their plumbing issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas.
• Collaborate with the plumbing team to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. 
• Respond to emerergency calls (with additional pay). 

Requirements

• Experience in plumbing or drain cleaning preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Schedule
