This is a leadership role that spans client-facing advisory work and internal team development. Review complex business and individual tax returns, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with applicable laws and regulations Collaborate directly with clients to develop and implement tax planning strategies tailored to their goals Provide consulting and expertise on business matters, including general retirement planning strategies Train and mentor staff and seniors, assessing their performance and fostering professional growth Oversee a diverse client portfolio while managing workloads to consistently meet deadlines Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
