Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Creative Production and Brand Experience, will serve as Anovo's senior in-house creative execution leader, translating brand and communication strategy into professional-grade visual storytelling across video, animation, photography, and design. Working in partnership with and under the creative direction of the Director, Brand and Communication Strategy, this role brings creative production capabilities in-house that support Anovo's growth, elevate the quality and volume of brand assets, and ensure authentic patient storytelling remains a central competitive differentiator. This role also serves as a collaborative creative ideation partner, generating concepts that advance Anovo's brand and business development initiatives within the strategic direction and business objectives established by the Director, Brand and Communication Strategy. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Execute creative production that brings Anovo's brand strategy to life, in alignment with the direction, standards, and priorities set by the Marketing, Business Development, and Corporate Leadership teams.
2. Write, direct, shoot, and edit high-quality video content including patient and caregiver testimonials, manufacturer case studies, therapy overviews, facility tours, and new business development materials.
3. Produce animation and motion graphics supporting training, patient education, therapy explanation, presentations, and brand storytelling.
4. Serve as in-house photographer for events, facilities, leadership, employee, and marketing needs across Memphis, Chandler, and future locations.
5. Design and produce visual assets including trade show booth graphics, digital screens, event signage, presentation decks, infographics, and branded environmental graphics.
6. Develop patient-facing creative materials including welcome kits, onboarding collateral, injection training videos, medication guides, and caregiver support resources, in coordination with clinical, compliance, and operational stakeholders.
7. Produce training and internal communication content that supports onboarding, culture reinforcement, operational workflows, and employee engagement, in partnership with HR, Training, and Operations.
8. Create visual and video materials that support the RFP and new business development process, working under the strategic direction and content framework established by the Business Development team and Director of Brand and Communication Strategy.
9. Contribute creative ideation and concept development in collaborative planning sessions, offering fresh approaches and visual storytelling solutions that advance brand and business objectives.
10. Ensure all creative output adheres to Anovo brand standards, visual identity, and messaging.
11. Manage creative production schedules, asset libraries, and project timelines to support multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines.
12. Coordinate with external creative vendors and production partners as needed, supporting the Director of Brand and Communication Strategy in maintaining quality, brand consistency, and efficiency.
13. Support the atomization and repurposing of creative assets across platforms, channels, presentations, and internal use cases to maximize the value of every production.
14. Adhere to all applicable HIPAA, patient consent, and compliance requirements in the capture, use, and storage of patient stories, imagery, and testimonials.

Minimum Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills Required

• Education: Bachelor's degree in advertising, creative, marketing, communications, film, design, or a related field
• 7-10 years' experience in creative direction, video production, and visual storytelling, with senior-level creative leadership experience
• Demonstrated portfolio of professional video work including testimonials, interviews, training, branding, and informational content
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related production tools
• Proven experience in animation and motion graphics across multiple formats and applications
• Professional-level photography skills with experience in event, corporate, and portrait work
• Experience producing training, internal, and employee communication content
• Ability to translate strategic direction and business objectives into compelling creative execution
• Strong understanding of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or rare disease landscape and the sensitivity required when working with patients and caregivers
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to take creative direction and work effectively within a defined brand strategy
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with patients, caregivers, internal teams, and external partners
• Willingness to travel as needed for shoots, events, conferences, and facility visits
• Creative problem-solving ability and a demonstrated track record of elevating work through iteration and collaboration
• Demonstrated the highest ethical standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
