The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and be bilingual, able to speak both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities: Manage a personal injury caseload from intake to resolution. Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and discovery responses. Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other case-related documents. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status. Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and experts. Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations. Monitor case deadlines and court filings. Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in the case management system. Qualifications: Prior experience in personal injury law required. Knowledge of pre-suit and litigation processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
