Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls from clients and provide exceptional customer service Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Utilize company resources to answer questions and resolve issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company database Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality, average handle time, and customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols, to protect customer information Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed Familiarity with financial services and products is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr LJ Wleding
