Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Office Associate role located in Fountain Valley, CA. The Office Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office. Daily tasks include managing office communications, assisting with customer service inquiries, providing accurate quotes, maintaining office organization, and contributing to basic accounting tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams Proven ability in administrative assistance and office administration to ensure efficient office operations Basic accounting skills for handling financial records or processing invoices Proficiency in office software and hardware tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, multi-line phone systems) and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally Prior experience in a similar role or familiarity with the manufacturing or distribution industries is preferred Bilingual in Spanish is not required, but is a bonus Receptive to coaching, punctual, and trustworthy Pay Rate $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience. There is also an opportunity to earn additional pay in the form of sales commissions, as additional responsibilities are introduced. Hours Monday-Friday, onsite from 8:00am-4:45pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
