Job Requirements:

• LPN License
• 2-4 Years' Experience in Assisted Living
• Proven Survey History
• Exceptional Knowledge of State Regulations
• Proven Leader
• Team Builder
• Experienced Educator
• Great Computer Skills
• Great Communication Skills
• Experience with Yardi EHR Care
• Assist with scheduling associates when needed
