Electric Scooter Repair Specialist

As part of our Servicing Team, you'll be the go-to expert for keeping our electric scooters running smoothly. After training, you'll take ownership of repairs, return refurbishments, and keep our Customer Service team in the loop with key updates. You'll be at the heart of making sure customers get their scooters back quickly and in top condition.

This is a full-time, in-person role (Monday to Friday) with an hourly wage plus a monthly bonus based on the number of repairs completed and quality of work.

What Your Day Looks Like:

• Complete repair requests (e.g. brake and tire changes, motor controller replacements, and other electronic components)
• Inspect and refurbish returned scooters for resale
• Ensure every repair meets our high-quality standards before shipping to customers
• Support rework projects when needed
• Clean and test scooters after servicing
• Clearly communicate repair timelines with customers and make calls to confirm work order costs.
• Flag and report any repair or part delays to the Customer Service team
• Keep the workspace clean and organized
• Coordinate the return shipping of repaired scooters
• Help answer technical questions from customers when they arise
